Our coiled seamless tubing is available in a number of high performance corrosion resistant stainless and high nickel alloys, including the 300 series Monel, Inconel, Incoloy and Hastelloy, capable of withstanding a variety of severe environmental condltions, We specialize in manufacturing small diameter tubing ranging from 0.125 inch to 1 inch outer diameter (3.2mm to 25.4mm) and variety of wall thichnesses. We can supply coiled seamless tubing in loose bulk wound coils, or level wound on various size reels.

Seamless control line tubing

Our seanless control line tubing is drawn from swanless extruded tube hollows supplied by leading primary manufacturers to ensure avsolute product safety and reliability. Our seamless control line tubing is one continuous length of tubing, comlpletely free of any welede joints or seans. Long length coils reduce installation time and costs by eliminting the need for excessive joint preparation and fittings. Elimination of excessive fittings increases reliability and assures a leak-free system. We are capable of 100% hydrotesting each coil.

304L 21 7.93 0.29 Lower carbon than 304 impedes carbide precipitates in heat affected zone giving good weldability. Reduced carbides also lowers susceptibility to interdtanular corrosion.
316 24 7.93 0.29 Alloyed with molybdenum which improves corrosion resistance in marine environments, chlorides, and biofouling. Excellent pitting corrosion resistance.
316L 24 7.93 0.29 Carbon content restricted, which impedes carbide precipitates in heat affected zone giving good weldabiity. Reduced carbides also lowers susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.
